My name is Chris Sloan and I, like so many others struggled with my weight for years not realizing the toll being overweight was taking on my body. Helpful Cooking Utensils
- 1 sachet OPTAVIA Select Buttermilk Cheddar Herb Biscuit
- 1 1/2 oz Avocado Mashed
- Bake Biscuit Cheddar herb Biscuit according to package directions. "For best results, bake in a lightly greased ramekin".
- Let cool, then top with the mashed avocado.
