For those not familiar, OPTAVIA is not some fad diet but instead is a program designed to help those who are looking to lose weight make better choices with their health and wellness via better habits.
The recipes on this site are intended for the OPTAVIA 5&1 Plan; however, they can easily be adapted to a low carb or keto lifestyle. If you following a ketogenic diet or low-calorie diet you can enjoy many of the recipes found here to help keep you on track for your weight loss efforts.

Helpful Cooking Utensils
- 3 medium OPTAVIA Multigrain Crackers
- 1 1/4 lbs Lean Ground Chicken
- 3 medium Celery Diced
- 1 large Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1/4 cup Low-Fat Ranch Dressing (optional)*
- Turn on oven and preheat oven to 350°
- In a food processor, pulse crackers into breadcrumb like pieces. If you don't have a food processor, you can place in a plastic storage bag and smash till crumbled.
- Combine all ingredients, including the cracker crumbs, into a mixing bowl and hand mix.
- Shape the mixture into 12 meatballs and place on a lightly greased baking sheet and place in 350° oven to bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with salad dressing and celery sticks.
