Lean & Green Green Bean Casserole Ingredients

  • 1, (16oz.) oz Frozen Green Beans
  • 1 can Light Cooking Spray
  • 2 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 small Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 3/4 cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

Lean & Green Green Bean Casserole Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Microwave green beans according to the package directions.
  3. Lightly grease a medium-sized skillet, and heat over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic until tender, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Combine mushroom mixture with the green beans in a small bowl. Toss vegetables in sauce mixture until it is well combined.
  4. Spread into a lightly-greased baking dish, top with parmesan cheese, and bake until topping is golden brown, approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
