Lean & Green One-Pan Lemon Pepper Salmon with Garlic Parmesan Asparagus Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Salmon
- 3 pinch Light Cooking Spray
- 2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning - salt free
- 1/2 tsp Salt (optional)*
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 lbs Asparagus
- 1 medium Lemons Sliced
Lean & Green One-Pan Lemon Pepper Salmon with Garlic Parmesan Asparagus Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Place salmon in center of a foil-lined, lightly greased baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the top of the salmon with cooking spray, then sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and salt, if desired, then top with lemon slices.
- In a small bowl, combine parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Arrange asparagus spears around the salmon, and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle the asparagus with the parmesan cheese and garlic powder mixture.
- Bake until the salmon has cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes.
