Lean & Green Peanut Butter Brownie Whoopie Pies Ingredients

  • 2 sachet OPTAVIA Essential Double Chocolate Brownie
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tbsp Egg Whites
  • 6 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 2 dash Light Cooking Spray

Lean & Green Peanut Butter Brownie Whoopie Pies Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine OPTAVIA Double Chocolate Brownie mixture, baking powder, egg substitute, almond milk, and oil, and mix until a batter-like consistency.
  3. Divide batter evenly among 4 slots of a lightly-greased muffin tin (should fill only a third of each slot). Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 18 to 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine powdered peanut butter and remaining milk.
  5. Once cooled, slice each muffin in half horizontally. Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter filling onto the bottom half of each muffin, and top with the remaining muffin halves. Enjoy!

The ingredients say 6tbs and the instructions say 1/4 cup of milk. Which is it? 

I am wondering what the answer was to the question about how much milk goes in the brownie batter and how much into the peanut butter?
