TIPS: In the place of spinach you can use cooked and chilled broccoli (2 greens) (if you use frozen spinach you do not need to cook it first, just defrost, squeeze most of the water out and measure it out)   Sour Cream (4 fats), Mayo (2 fats) Scallions (1 Condiment)  Lemon Juice (1 Condiment) Chili Powder / or Cayenne Pepper (1/2 condiment) Nutmeg - (optional)  (1/2 condiment)

Lean & Green Very Veggie Dip Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Broccoli (optional)*
  • 1.5 tbsp Light Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Scallions Chopped
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)*
  • 1 pinch Fresh Nutmeg (optional)*

Lean & Green Very Veggie Dip Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small mini chopper or food processor and whirl (mix) away! If you do not have a processor, then just finely chop and mix all together.
  2. Serve with veggie. You will need 2 greens worth of assorted veggies. Makes 3 servings.
