Get your fill of those Chinese food flavors with this Spaghetti Squash Lo Mein recipe. Top it with some shrimp or chicken for a complete lean and green meal!
OPTION: To precook squash use the microwave. Cook for 1 minute to soften. Cut in half and remove seeds. Place cut-side down in a dish with 1/2 inch of water. Microwave for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool. Then use a fork to scrape the strands of squash out of the bowl.

Lean & Green Spaghetti Squash Lo Mein Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Cooked Spaghetti Squash Shredded
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 small Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 tsp teriyaki sauce
Lean & Green Spaghetti Squash Lo Mein Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tsp. sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 garlic clove, minced and saute until golden brown.
- Add spaghetti squash strands and teriyaki sauce. Cook until heated thoroughly for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite lean.
