Lean & Green Curried Chicken Salad Wraps Ingredients

  • 10 oz Canned Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Celery Diced
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 large Romaine Lettuce
  • 2/3 oz Peanuts Chopped

Lean & Green Curried Chicken Salad Wraps Instructions

  1. Mix the chicken, yogurt, celery, herbs and spices together in a medium bowl.
  2. Prepare wraps by topping lettuce leaves with chicken salad, sprinkling with peanuts and rolling wraps.
