Lean & Green Personal Portobello Mushroom Pizzas Ingredients

  • 1 can Light Cooking Spray
  • 2,(2oz.) medium Portobello Mushroom Caps
  • 1/4 cup No Sugar Added Italian Romato Sauce
  • 4 oz Reduced-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil Shredded (optional)*

Lean & Green Personal Portobello Mushroom Pizzas Instructions

  1. Preheat Broiler.
  2. Place the mushroom caps on a lightly-greased baking sheet lined with foil. Spray tops with with cooking spray. Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side until tender.
  3. Evenly spread the tomato sauce into each cap, and then top with cheese and basil. Broil again for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
