This recipe looks and "sounds" delicious!  As I was reading the ingredients and then the instructions, I found a couple of inconsistencies.  The ingredients list cheddar cheese while the instructions list cream cheese.  Also, what is the correct amount of liquid egg substitute?  Six pounds is an awful lot.

Thank you so very much for creating and maintaining this website.  Having delicious recipes keeps me on plan and on my journey to better health.

Is it supposed to be cream cheese (rather than cheddar cheese)?
