I don't think I could make it without some chocolate and peanut butter; luckily this Mini Peanut Butter Cups fueling hack hits the sweet spot!

NOTE: Recipe serving has 1( OPTIONAL)  SNACK.  No Cooking time, only freezing time of 2 hours. OPTION: Use milk of your choice (either the vanilla almond or cashew milk) not both . But the milk is divided into 2 separate bowls.

For those new to OPTAVAIA, weighing your food is an important part of the OPTAVIA 5 & 1 program; in fact, it's one of the key elements. If you want to be successful, you need to make sure that each meal has been weighed exactly to the guidelines. And we're not talking about "close enough." We mean EXACTLY those amounts! So forget about using a measuring cup or even eyeballing it—you need a food scale!

We've worked hard to make sure that all OPTAVIA 5 and 1 recipes listed are approved for the OPTAVIA optimal weight 5 and 1 plan.

The recipes on this site are intended for the OPTAVIA 5&1 Plan; however, they can easily be adapted to a low carb or keto lifestyle. If you following a ketogenic diet or low-calorie diet you can enjoy many of the recipes found here to help keep you on track for your weight loss efforts.

Lean & Green Mini Peanut Butter Cups Ingredients

  • 2 sachet OPTAVIA Essential Decadent Double Chocolate Brownie
  • 10 tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk Divided (optional)*
  • 10 tbsp Cashew Milk Divided (optional)*
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Peanut Butter

Lean & Green Mini Peanut Butter Cups Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Decadent Double Chocolate Brownie with 6 tablespoons almond milk (or cashew milk) until smooth; set aside.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine powdered peanut butter an remaining almond milk (or cashew milk) until smooth and creamy but not too thin.
  3. Place brownie and peanut butter mixtures into separate medium to large-sized resealable plastic bags. Cut off a small portion from one tip of each bag to create piping bags.
  4. Pipe brownie mixture to fill bottom third of 20 slots of a mini circular or heart shaped silicone baking mold. Pipe a small amount of peanut butter on top of the brownie in the center of each slot. Pipe remaining brownie mixture on top of the peanut butter to cover the peanut butter and fill each slot.
  5. Freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
