Ingredients

  • 12oz. can Diet Root Beer
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Instructions

  1. Combine root beer, vinegar, vegetable oil, and soy sauce in a large bowl. Add the chicken and marinade at least 3 hours (Over night if preferred).
  2. Preheat grill on high. Spray with vegetable spray to keep from sticking. Grill until chicken reaches 165*F. internally.
