  • 1.5 cup Cooked Spaghetti Squash Shredded
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 small Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 tsp teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tsp. sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 garlic clove, minced and saute until golden brown.
  3. Add spaghetti squash strands and teriyaki sauce. Cook until heated thoroughly for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite lean.
