Ingredients

  • 12 oz Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Green Bell Peppers Sliced
  • 1 cup Red Peppers Sliced
  • 1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1.5 tsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seed

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine seasonings in a large bowl. Mix seasoning into ground turkey. Form seasoned ground turkey into thin patties and place on grill.
  3. Cook about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray for 5-10 seconds and heat to medium heat.
  5. Add peppers and saute until lightly browned.
  6. Place vegetables on to plates and top with ground turkey patties.
