Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Light Cream Cheese
  • 3 slice Light Swiss Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli Chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked Spaghetti Squash Chopped
  • 7 oz Cooked Shrimp

Instructions

  1. Cream together chicken broth, cheeses, water and Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Add broccoli and cooked spaghetti squash into the creamy mixture, and mix together.
  3. Gently toss in the cooked shrimp.
