In a small bowl, combine green onions, fresh lime juice, olive oil, 1/16 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Marinate for 5 minutes to mellow the flavors of the onions.
In a large bowl, combine avocado, tomato, jalapeno peppers (seeds removed) and cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined, chopped). Combine all the ingredients together, add the cilantro and gently toss to mix. Add the remaining salt and pepper to taste.
