Ingredients

  • 4 cup Cauliflower Florets
  • 1/4 cup Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted (optional)*
  • 1 small Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (optional)*
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp McCormick Less Sodium Brown Gravy Mix
  • 3/4 cup Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Bring a large saucepot or stockpot of water to a boil.
  2. Boil cauliflower until easily pierced with a fork, about ten minutes.
  3. Drain, and then let cool slightly.
  4. Add cooked cauliflower and all other ingredients, but the gravy mix and cold water, and blend until smooth.
  5. GRAVY: Prepare the sauce according to the package directions.
