My name is Chris Sloan and I, like so many others, struggled with my weight for years, not realizing the toll being overweight was taking on my body. At the beginning of 2021, I began to take my weight loss efforts seriously and have lost 75 lbs so far on the plan. It's been amazing, and while my journey isn't over, I'm well on my way!

Helpful Cooking Utensils
- 4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 small Garlic Cloves Minced
- 6 cup Mixed Greens
- 2 cup String Beans Steamed
- 1 cup Grape Tomatoes Halved
- 6 large Eggs Hard-boiled
- 2 (7oz.) can Tuna Drained
- 3 small Black Olives Pitted
- 1/8 cup Red Onion Sliced
- Whisk together olive Oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic.
- Prepare a bed of mixed greens. Layer of steamed green beans, halved tomatoes, sliced hard boiled eggs, red onion, black olives and tuna (drained and packed in water). Drizzle with oil mixture.
