Lean & Green Chicken Crust Margherita Pizza Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbs Ground Chicken Breast
  • 1 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2-3 dash Light Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup Rao's Homemade Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Reduced-Fat Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 2 medium Tomatoes Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Chopped

Lean & Green Chicken Crust Margherita Pizza Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Combine chicken, egg, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in medium sized bowl.
  3. Once fully combined, lay a sheet of parchment paper on an ungreased baking sheet. Roll out chicken in a thin circular pattern and bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the crust from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes, then top with Rao's sauce, cheese and tomato slice.
  5. Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted, approximately 7-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil before serving.
